For an electronics business expanding into Uganda, I developed a mobile-first "business operating system" to manage sales, repairs, and stock on the go. By streamlining their internal operations and launching a new public-facing web presence, the business transitioned from an informal hustle to a structured operation—with the new site now driving 65% of their total sales.

The biggest thing for me was being able to run my business from anywhere. I'm in Uganda, the business is growing, and I can see exactly what's happening in real time — sales, stock, everything. I don't have to be physically present to be in control.
